How do I book the cruise?
First, please RSVP. We will reach out to get your details. Why? Because then we can include you on our guest list group. We will share your details with our Group Booking Representative from HAL. She will contact you to book your cruise and add your booking to our group. Check more on our step-by-step guide.
Will I have any additional cost on top of the booking cost?
Onboard purchases and the Crew Appreciation Fee (the “Tips”) are the most important additional costs you may have onboard.
For the tip, the standard fee is between $17 and $19 per day per traveller.

What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around 45 mins. Guests can head straight to the reception area, where we will be serving hors d’oeuvres with open bar drinks
What if I have a dietary restriction?
Please make sure to update your details once you RSVP to let us know! We want you to be safe and comfortable!
What will the weather be like this time of year?
July is typically the warmest month in Norway. The temperature reaches around 18℃ during the daytime, falling to 8℃ at night. For your packing bring an umbrella, a jacket, and a shawl.
For the cruise - Is there a dress code or recommended attire?
On board, daytime dress is casual. Shirts and footwear are always required indoors.
Most evenings, smart casual attire is appropriate. Dressy Nights will usually be the first full day and the second to last evening.
Why can’t I just book online via the website?
We are including our guests in a special group booking for our wedding. In this group, you can get special deals while cruising.
We are working with HAL to get some nice deals for our group booking, and we don't want you to miss out on them.
Do you have activities planned for each day on board?
We want you to enjoy your cruise and holiday the way you like. Explore the ship and ports at your own pace. Besides the ceremony, we might organise an activity, but we will let you know any extra information. We want you to have your own time with your friends and family.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
We are organizing an outdoor ceremony, but it will depend on the weather that day. The reception will be held in an indoor/covered location.
Are kids welcome on your Wedding?
Children are welcome to the ceremony and the reception.
What should I pack for a cruise?
Pack your travel documents, essentials like medication, and Clothing for all occasions. On the ship, we have pools, gyms, and Dressy Nights (when people wear “fancy” attire). Don’t forget to pack your Cocktail attire for our wedding.

What is included in the cruise fee?
Booking the cruise includes: ship accommodation, meals, basic non-alcoholic drinks like water and coffee, onboard entertainment, the gym, and various activities. However, some items are not included (but can be added upon request), such as alcoholic beverages, shore excursions, spa services, Wi-Fi.
What should I wear for the wedding?
The dress code for our wedding is Cocktail. Ladies should wear a full-lenght or midi-dress, and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie/bowtie. (Ladies: Please don't wear white or ivory).
Do you have a gift registry?
Your love and company on our wedding day is the most important thing! However, if you do wish to celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our Honeymoon Fund
would be much appreciated.
Can I bring a date?
You are welcome to bring a date on a cruise with you and to our wedding. But please let us know about their presence on the RSVP.
What not to pack on a cruise?
You should not pack items that may be dangerous, like guns, knives, hazardous chemicals/substances, drones, illegal drugs, baseball bats and lasers. If you have any doubts about the list, here is a link to the HAL prohibited items.
*Guests are not allowed to bring alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages on board for consumption.
Do I need a VISA for the travel?
Brazilian and European citizens don’t need a visa to enter Norway or/Netherlands for short stays (up to 90 days). They can travel as tourists without a visa, provided they have a valid passport.
But please double-check this information accordingly with your nationality.
