Here, you can find more information about how to book and the most common questions we receive from our guests.

There are many different types of packages. Please let us know if you have any doubts.

You can always make a booking simulation of the costs on the cruise website. You can add more friends, select your cabin type, and check the available packages at the time of booking.

Booking Conditions

Please be aware that the costs for booking the cruise are in European Prices and in Euros. These prices may vary from those displayed on your local Holland America Line Website.

For our guests on the American continent, the prices found online on your local Holland America Line website can be respected, but there might be some conditional changes to the booking.

If you would like to know the price differences for the type of cabin you have in mind, please let us know, and we will be happy to share this information with you.

Payment Conditions

If you are sharing a cabin with friends, you will need a booking lead, who is the primary person responsible for making the booking.

There are cabins which accommodate up to 5 people. As many people share the cabin, the cost can be lower.

This booking lead will make the initial down payment of 25% of the total cabin price, which cannot be paid in splits. The remaining 75% can be paid in splits with no extra cost. The splits can be paid with more than one credit card.

The total booking cost must have been fully paid by 21 May 2026.

The HAL Group Booking Representative will likely offer the "Have it all Package" with the booking. The conditions for this package can change accordingly to your booking location.

What is the “Have it All”?

The have it all package is per person and gives you the following:

$100,- Credit for Shore Excursions.
Crew Appreciation Fee of $17 or $19 per person (p.p.) / per day (p.d.).
1 Free Dinner in one of the Speciality Restaurants: - Pinnacle Grill, Canaletto or Tamarind.
Signature Drink Package: This allows you a maximum of 15 drinks per day for beverages up to $11, with the 18% service charge included. If you prefer to purchase a more expensive drink, you will only pay the difference and the Service Charge. For example, if the drink costs $15, you only pay the difference of $4, plus the 18% Service Charge.
Wi-Fi Surf Package: You can stay connected surfing the web, using social media, checking email and sending messages to friends and family. (Audio and video messages/calls, or streaming services are not supported).
Currently, there is an “Early Booking Bonus” active that will upgrade the Drinking and Wifi Package for free.
This includes the Elite Drinking Package and the Premium Wi-Fi package.
When booking the cabin with the “Have it All” packages, it must be purchased for both the 1st and 2nd person in the cabin. If you have more people in the cabin, you can choose to purchase it for the additional guests, but this is not mandatory.

Can I get a separate Beverage package?

Yes, you can definitely get a beverage packaged onboard. There are different packages to choose from.

Elite Package for $55,95 p.p. / p.d.
Signature Package for $50,95 p.p. / p.d.
Quench Package (Non-Alcoholic) for $17,95 p.p. / p.d.
Coca-Cola Package (Non-Alcoholic) for $8 p.p. / p.d.

Can I get a separate Wi-Fi Package?

When having a European SIM card or e-SIM, you should have 3/4/5G reception when in port.
During sailing and or when you are inside the ship, the reception might be limited.
If you would like to stay connected at all times, Wi-Fi packages are available for purchase onboard.
These are the various packages available for selection.

Premium Package for $35,99 p.d. (Streaming services are not supported)
Stream Package for $46,99 p.d.

*The ship offers an onboard streaming service, available on the TV in your cabin. Here is a variation of Moves and Series available for free.

The payments in Numbers (European Quotation):

This is an example quoted on July 2025 for a inside cabin.

The price starts from €1349 per person for the 7-day cruise. With the "Have it all Package", the price is €1,849 per person.
An example quotation for 2 people sharing an inside cabin is:
- - 2 x €1,349 = €2,698 total.
  - For the Down Payment (initial payment - 25%), the cabin must have 1 leader. This person will make the payment to secure the cabin
  - 25% x €2,698 = €680 (Down payment in 1x)
  - The remain 75% can be paid in splits = €2,018
- An example quotation for 3 people sharing an inside cabin is:
  - 3 x €1,150.00 p.p. = €3,450
  - For the Down Payment: 25% x €3,450 = ~ €870 (Down payment in 1x)
  - Amount that can be paid in splits = €2,580
